Jumeirah, a global leader in luxury hospitality and a member of Dubai Holding, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the Butlers team at the prestigious Jumeirah Burj Al Arab. This flagship property is renowned worldwide for its iconic sail-shaped design and unmatched Arabian luxury hospitality. The role involves leading the Butler team to ensure exceptional guest service, anticipating needs, and maintaining the highest operational standards. The position also focuses on staff development, performance management, and delivering an elevated guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build rapport with repeat and VIP guests, proactively anticipating needs and preferences.

• Oversee guest complaints and feedback, ensuring effective resolution.

• Lead, motivate, and develop the Butler team to maximize productivity, guest satisfaction, and departmental performance.

• Conduct regular quality checks on Butler areas to maintain consistency and standards.

• Manage duty rosters, vacation plans, and special staffing requirements.

• Monitor team performance through role plays and SOP-based evaluations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Shift Leader in Butler or Guest Services within a 5-star environment.

• Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment.

• Certified Task Trainer and Group Trainer.

• Strong knowledge of Butler Services.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and guest relations skills.
