Position Overview:

We are hiring an Assistant Maintenance Manager to oversee and grow the business segment for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), fit-out works, and repair services. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, deep industry knowledge, and proven experience managing technical maintenance operations in compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development efforts for AMC, fit-out, refurbishment, and repair services.

• Develop sales strategies to identify opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, and represent the company in meetings, presentations, and industry events.

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with ADCD regulations and NFPA standards.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance contracts and service delivery.

• Monitor payment collections and maintain accurate records of sales performance and project updates.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales within the UAE fire protection industry.

• Solid understanding of Fire Protection & Detection systems, with working knowledge of NFPA, UL, FM, and LPCB standards.

• Familiarity with export documentation processes is a plus.

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

• Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.
