Position: Assistant Financial Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Reporting

  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts to ensure financial stability.
  • Draft budgets, income statements, balance sheets, and tax returns as per regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial risks to optimize profitability.

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Identify and manage financial risks associated with business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.

Strategic Decision Support

  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Develop strategies to improve cost efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Assist in investment planning and financial forecasting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

📌 Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Manager, Accountant, or similar role.

Analytical Skills – Ability to evaluate financial data for informed decision-making.
Communication Skills – Clearly present financial insights to stakeholders.
Detail-Oriented – Ensure accuracy in financial statements and reports.
