Are you an experienced production leader with a passion for craftsmanship and precision? Join a leading luxury event planning company in Dubai as an Assistant Factory Manager specializing in custom wood décor.

This is your opportunity to manage high-end production operations, ensuring timely delivery of bespoke event décor while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the wood décor factory, ensuring timely and quality production

• Develop strategic plans, manage schedules, and coordinate across departments to meet client requirements

• Monitor production costs, manage budgets, and report financial performance to leadership

• Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

• Hire, train, and manage factory staff, promoting a culture of safety, productivity, and motivation

• Supervise use of woodworking machinery and implement preventive maintenance programs

• Manage raw material procurement and inventory, ensuring consistent supply and quality

• Conduct safety inspections and ensure full compliance with UAE occupational health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Wood Technology, Manufacturing, or Carpentry (preferred)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the event production or wood fabrication industry

• Proficient in woodworking machinery, quality control, and production optimization

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory
