Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and calibrate tools, equipment, and appliances

• Respond to and address guest repair requests

• Perform safety checks, including fire-pump and generator tests

• Supervise and coach a team, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards

• Maintain inventory and manage purchase orders

• Develop disaster response protocols

• Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety and security policies

• Assist in the development of efficient processes to enhance productivity and safety

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of related work experience

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience

• Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree preferred

• Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
