Aqua Bridge Holding is seeking an Assistant Cage Farm Manager to support aquaculture operations across offshore and onshore marine sites. This role is focused on fish health, daily farm management, water quality monitoring, and ensuring efficient and sustainable aquaculture practices. The successful candidate will assist the Farm Manager in supervising teams, maintaining equipment, and adhering to strict biosecurity and safety protocols.

💰 Salary: AED 6,000 – 7,000 + Food Allowance

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Cage Farm Manager in daily operations of marine fish cage farms.

• Manage fish feeding schedules using manual and automated systems.

• Monitor fish behavior, growth rates, and health; report abnormalities promptly.

• Assist in grading, sampling, biomass estimation, transfers, and harvesting.

• Conduct cage, net, mooring, and anchor inspections.

• Monitor water quality (DO, salinity, temperature, pH) and enforce biosecurity protocols.

• Participate in fish vaccination, treatment, and quarantine procedures.

• Supervise and train farm staff on feeding, net changing, harvesting, and safety protocols.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.

• Report equipment maintenance needs and support logistics of feed and farm supplies.

• Maintain accurate records of feed logs, mortalities, fish inventory, and maintenance.

• Prepare reports for senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Marine Science, or a related field.

• 2–5 years’ practical experience in marine fish cage farming (e.g., sea bream, sea bass).

• Knowledge of fish health management, production cycles, and water quality control.

• Experience with aquaculture equipment and cage infrastructure.

• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office/aquaculture farm software.

• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

• Physically fit and able to work in offshore environments under varying conditions.
