Job Title: Assistant Branch Accountant

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Branch Accountant to support the Finance Business Partner (FBP) – Retail in managing financial operations for Toyota and Lexus. This role ensures smooth revenue collection, financial reporting, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Revenue Collection & Cash Management:

• Manage payments via cash, credit cards, cheques, and online transfers.
• Ensure timely posting and scanning of cheques.
• Monitor insurance limits for cash collection and enforce compliance with company policies.
• Oversee petty cash management, refunds, and daily cash fund maintenance.

✅ Financial Transactions & Reporting:

• Supervise cash and cheque transactions, ensuring adherence to financial protocols.
• Reconcile daily RTA eWallet transactions and manage eWallet cash float.
• Process invoices, accounts receivables, and customer account reconciliations.
• Perform cost monitoring, internal controls, and financial reporting.

✅ Stakeholder Support & Compliance:

• Guide matrix managers, sales team, and sales administration in financial procedures.
• Ensure all financial documentation is complete and aligned with company policies.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and financial integrity.

Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Required Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of revenue collection and petty cash management.
• Proficiency in financial software (SAP preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
