Job Title: Assistant Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate must be experienced with Tally accounting software and have a solid understanding of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable with precision and accuracy.

• Prepare financial statements, payrolls, invoices, and monitor inventory reports.

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax, including proper documentation and timely submissions.

• Assist with account reconciliations and promptly resolve discrepancies.

• Generate financial reports and summaries for internal review by the management.

• Support the team in enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of accounting workflows.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Tally accounting software is mandatory.

• Strong working knowledge of UAE Tax regulations (VAT & Corporate Tax).

• Skilled in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting.

• High attention to detail with the ability to work both independently and within a team.

• Proficient in Excel and able to maintain digital accounting records efficiently.

• Ability to handle basic administrative tasks alongside accounting duties.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Experience: 1 – 2 years in a similar accounting role.

• Gender: Male
