TAQA Group is seeking an Asset Manager – Renewables (UAE National) to oversee value protection, value generation, and governance of its renewable energy assets. This role involves financial analysis, risk assessment, operational reviews, and strategic planning to align with the company’s long-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead asset management activities, including short-term and long-term business planning.
✔ Oversee financial modeling for investment returns on asset-related exercises (e.g., refinancing, contract negotiations).
✔ Monitor operational and financial performance, identifying improvement opportunities.
✔ Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and HSE standards across assigned assets.
✔ Facilitate asset transitions from construction to operation and decommissioning phases.
✔ Maintain governance and risk registers, regularly reporting key risks and mitigation plans.
✔ Collaborate with stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, project partners, and external regulators.
✔ Support decision-making through data analysis, benchmarking, and internal audits.

Requirements & Qualifications:

✅ Master’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical), Finance, or Business Administration.
✅ Professional finance/accounting qualification (CFA, CA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred.
✅ 8+ years of experience in utilities, energy, infrastructure, oil & gas, or construction.
✅ Strong financial analysis, risk management, and governance expertise.
✅ Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
