Etihad Rail Operating Companies is seeking an Asset Management Specialist. The primary responsibility of this role is to optimize the performance and condition of rolling stock assets through condition monitoring, predictive maintenance strategies, and performance analysis. The role involves managing the asset register, developing maintenance plans, performing root cause analysis, and supporting fleet maintenance practices in compliance with ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee rolling stock asset register for Etihad Rail Freight

• Develop Bill of Materials (BOM) for classes of assets

• Ensure asset maintenance plans are accurate and uploaded

• Perform predictive analysis to support maintenance improvements

• Update SAP fault codes and perform root cause analysis

• Develop best practices and solutions for asset performance improvement

• Support internal and external audits

• Compile monthly and annual asset performance reports

• Contribute to the development of IoT solutions for innovative asset management

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (preferably in Asset Management)

• Certificate in ISO 55001, ISO 9001, or SAP is an advantage

• At least 5 years of experience in rolling stock maintenance and operations

• Experience with predictive and condition monitoring

• Excellent asset life-cycle management and fault analysis skills

• Experience with SAP PM and Quality Assurance is a plus

• Strong technical and communication skills

• Ability to work in cross-cultural teams
