GQG Partners is seeking a motivated Asset Management Associate for a full-time role in Abu Dhabi. This two-year rotational program is designed to accelerate early-career professionals into the asset and investment management industry. The position provides exposure to multiple departments, including marketing, client service, internal sales, RFP, finance, operations, business integration, and legal/compliance, offering a well-rounded foundation for a long-term career in asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in a structured two-year rotational program across various teams.

• Support client service initiatives, onboarding processes, and ad-hoc projects.

• Assist with internal sales strategies, marketing analysis, and communications.

• Work on financial analysis, ASX reporting, peer benchmarking, and forecasting.

• Collaborate with trading and operations teams to support investment processes.

• Contribute to compliance projects, legal contract review, and risk management procedures.

• Engage with the Business Integration team on cross-functional projects and tech-driven initiatives.
