This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and self-sufficient professional who can coordinate schedules, projects, and creative activities for artists while building strong industry relationships. The position includes managing invoices, databases, booking live performances, and supporting creative projects both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and organize professional schedules, projects, and documentation for artists in Dubai.

• Support planning, booking, and coordination of live performances and events, locally and internationally.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, venues, collaborators, and other stakeholders.

• Coordinate recording sessions, creative projects, and brand development initiatives.

• Act as a trusted partner in shaping long-term brand vision for artists.

• Strong organizational and management skills.

• Well-connected within the local or international music industry.
