Job Overview:
We are hiring a passionate and creative Art Teacher to join a dynamic international school in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring experience in teaching a diverse student body, integrating both traditional and modern art techniques, and promoting creativity across all age levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver an engaging art curriculum tailored to various learning styles and age groups.

• Conduct interactive lessons covering a wide range of artistic media (drawing, painting, sculpture, digital art, etc.).

• Organize student exhibitions, art fairs, and workshops to showcase creativity and encourage student confidence.

• Use formative and summative assessments to evaluate and guide student progress.

• Foster an inclusive classroom that supports collaboration and cultural diversity.

• Integrate digital tools and technologies into the art curriculum to enhance creativity and engagement.

• Collaborate with other teachers to integrate art into cross-disciplinary learning experiences (e.g., STEAM projects).

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or Art Education.

• 2–8 years of teaching experience, preferably in international or multicultural settings.

• Certification in Art Education or equivalent qualification.

• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.

• Ability to design creative lesson plans aligned with international curriculum standards.

• Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in Arabic is a plus).
