Job Title: Art Director
About the Role:

Quest Search and Selection is partnering with a renowned fashion retail group in the Gulf region to hire an Art Director in Dubai. This role requires a visionary creative leader who can conceptualize and execute high-impact campaigns while collaborating with multiple teams to maintain a strong brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Creative Direction & Campaign Development

• Develop and conceptualize mood boards for campaigns and photoshoots.
• Lead the ideation, creation, execution, and delivery of multiple projects.
• Collaborate with the Original Content Development team to produce brand-aligned content.

✅ Cross-Team Coordination

• Facilitate communication between Product, Design, Graphic Design, Retouching, and Photography teams.
• Work closely with both in-house staff and freelance talent to ensure seamless execution.

✅ Photoshoot Management

• Oversee and manage photoshoots, including budgeting, casting, and location scouting.
• Direct both studio and outdoor shoots, ensuring high-quality visuals while managing remote teams.

✅ Design & Digital Creativity

• Bring digital-first creative vision to campaigns with strong visual storytelling.
• Ensure consistency across all visual assets, layouts, typography, and branding elements.

Requirements:

📌 Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in art direction, graphic design, or a related creative role.
• Strong background in digital creativity and visual design.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
• Expertise in layouts, typography, and graphic fundamentals.
• Understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branding (preferred).
• Ability to work seamlessly with large and small creative teams.

• Degree in Fine Arts, Visual Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
