Job Summary:

As the Art Director & Senior Design Lead, you will shape and implement the entire visual identity of Crypto School. This dual-role combines high-level creative strategy with hands-on design execution. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and eventually lead a growing team of creatives to bring the brand to life across digital and course content platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Branding & Identity: Define and maintain a strong, cohesive visual identity across all platforms (web, social media, courses, etc.)

• Creative Direction: Lead the creative vision, ensuring alignment with the brand’s mission and tone.

• Design Execution: Design compelling visual assets including social media content, course materials, thumbnails, emails, landing pages, and live event media.

• Innovation: Stay ahead of visual and design trends in crypto and digital media.

• Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, content, and sponsorship teams for unified visual strategy.

• Leadership: Mentor and manage junior designers, editors, and creative staff.

• Course Design: Develop engaging visuals that enhance the student learning experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Fine Art.

• 5+ years of experience in art direction and graphic design (digital-first).

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and similar tools.

• Exceptional portfolio across digital platforms and campaigns.

• Experience balancing creative direction with hands-on execution.

• Familiarity with Webflow or Unbounce preferred.

• Passion and working knowledge of crypto and blockchain required.

• Familiarity with Crypto Banter ecosystem is a plus.
