Art Director – Fashion Design

Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Art Director to join our team in Dubai. As an Art Director, you will collaborate with the Fashion Design team to brainstorm and create seasonal themes, mood boards, and new inspirations for the brand. You will manage the entire design process, from conception through final styling, and prepare collections based on the agreed color palette, mood board, and fabric. You will also supervise and train the design team, ensuring they have the necessary support to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm with the Fashion Design team to select seasonal themes, mood boards, and create new inspiration for the brand.
• Manage the design process from initial concept to final styling with the Fashion Design team.
• Prepare collections with 30-50 options based on the agreed color palette, mood board, and fabric selection.
• Supervise, coach, and train the design team, providing ongoing support and guidance.

Requirements:

• 38 years old or below with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the fashion industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, a similar field, or equivalent visual design qualifications.
• Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
• Strong leadership skills and a compelling portfolio are required.

Salary:
AED 20,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
