This role involves curating exhibitions, coordinating immersive art-inspired events, and fostering relationships with local artists and creative communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong connections with Dubai’s art community, including galleries, artists, and institutions.

• Curate quarterly art exhibitions and exclusive art activations at COYA.

• Organize monthly themed dinners that blend art, culture, and cuisine.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Events, and Operations teams to enhance the guest experience.

• Represent COYA’s cultural identity across all platforms.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Deep passion for and knowledge of the local art scene.

• Strong network within the UAE creative community.

• Experience in event coordination or art programming (preferred).

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

• Energetic, innovative, and fun approach to work.

• Must hold a UAE Family Book (Emiratization role).
