Area Sales Supervisor | Medical Devices | Full-Time | Dubai, UAE

Job Description:
A leading healthcare solutions provider in the UAE and MENA region is looking for an Area Sales Supervisor to drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and oversee market expansion in the medical devices sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, preparing technical and financial quotes, and monitoring industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare technical and financial quotations, ensuring accuracy in CRM entries and alignment with customer Local Purchase Orders (LPOs).

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with end-users, identifying new business opportunities within the assigned product line and territory.

• Achieve sales targets, market growth, and market share objectives for the assigned product line.

• Monitor competitor pricing, product positioning, and marketing strategies, providing insights to the management team.

Requirements:

• Age: 40 years or below

• Nationality: Open to Arabic and Asian candidates

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in the medical field

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with diagnostic imaging devices (MRI, CT, X-ray, Ultrasound) is highly preferred.

• License: Must hold a valid UAE driving license.

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 18,000 per month (all-inclusive, based on experience and qualifications).
