Job Title: Area Sales Supervisor – Healthcare Products

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Area Sales Supervisor to join a leading player in healthcare products and services in the UAE and MENA region. This full-time role, based in Dubai, involves managing relationships with end-users, generating leads, and ensuring the achievement of product line objectives, including sales and market growth. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the medical field, preferably with knowledge of diagnostic imaging devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Relationship Management:
  Prepare technical and financial quotes, enter them into the CRM, and confirm items based on the Local Purchase Order (LPO) received from customers.
  Manage relationships with end users and generate leads within the assigned product line and territory.
• Market and Sales Growth:
  Ensure the achievement of objectives for the product line, including sales, market growth, and market share expansion.
• Competitor Monitoring:
  Monitor competitors’ activities, including pricing, product positioning, and marketing strategies. Report findings to the line manager for further analysis.

Requirements:

• Open to Arabic and Asian nationalities, 40 years old and below.
• At least 2 years of UAE experience in the medical field, preferably in healthcare products and services.
• Familiarity with diagnostic imaging devices (MRI, CT, X-ray, ultrasound) is highly preferred.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license.

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 18,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
