La Marzocco Middle East DMCC is looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to join our energetic team in Dubai. This role is responsible for supporting the Managing Director in achieving sales and turnover targets, driving brand growth, and expanding into new markets. The ideal candidate should be passionate about specialty coffee, possess strong sales experience, and be willing to travel frequently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Home & Commercial Sales in the assigned area.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
• Engage with end customers, including home users, roasters, and businesses.
• Develop and drive direct sales strategies for the Home sector.
• Support the Managing Director in branch operations.
• Generate and analyze sales reports.
• Achieve turnover targets for various product lines.
• Contribute to community growth within the coffee industry.
• Assist re-sellers in selling the La Marzocco range and ensure they have adequate resources.
• Present new ideas and innovative sales strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales in the UAE/GCC region.
• Language Skills:
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken).
  • Proficiency in Arabic is required.
• Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of budgeting tools and sales planning.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in the coffee or F&B industry preferred.
• Other Requirements:
  • Flexibility to travel (50% of the time).
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and innovative mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
