A fast-growing organization in Dubai is looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations, manage vendor relations, and ensure profitability through smart strategy and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day company operations and report to AVP

• Monitor sales performance and generate territory reports

• Coordinate with UFS Group brands and vendors

• Manage contracts, pricing, profit margins, and dispatch logistics

• Handle certifications, product launches, and marketing support

• Collaborate with logistics for smooth shipment processing

Requirements

• Graduation in any discipline

• 3–8 years’ experience in sales or similar leadership roles

• Excellent command of CRM tools and sales analytics

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
