Arla Foods UAE, Oman & Qatar is seeking an Area Sales Lead to drive sales and develop distribution strategies for the Dubai market. This role involves leading a sales team, managing customer relationships, analyzing sales data, and ensuring product visibility and profitability. The position is based in Dubai and reports to the Sales Director – UAE.
Key Responsibilities / Role Overview:

Lead a team of Sales Supervisors and Senior Sales Representatives, providing coaching and guidance to meet targets.

Manage accounts in the assigned area, plan routes, and oversee daily sales activities.

Develop and maintain customer relationships; propose listings, display agreements, and BDA agreements.

Conduct internal and external sales meetings, analyze sales data, and report findings.

Ensure promotion plans are communicated and implemented effectively.

Oversee product collections, company assets, and control market returns within agreed limits.

Develop and implement yearly sales strategies in collaboration with customers.
Qualifications / Requirements:
-
Minimum 4 years of FMCG sales experience in modern trade.

2–3 years of people management experience.

Strong leadership, motivational, and team management skills.
-
Expertise in sales markets, trends, and analytical skills.
-
Excellent negotiation skills and ability to take calculated risks.

UAE driving license required.
