Qima Engineering Consultancy is hiring a G+4 Licensed Architectural Engineer to join its dynamic team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for professionals with 2–4 years of UAE experience in architectural design and a solid understanding of Dubai Municipality regulations. Immediate visa transfer availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop architectural plans for residential and commercial buildings.

• Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and codes.

• Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.

• Manage submission processes and approvals with government authorities.

• Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

• Deliver projects from concept to completion efficiently and within deadlines.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

• 2 to 4 years of architectural experience in the UAE.

• Mandatory G+4 license issued by Dubai Municipality.

• Strong understanding of local building codes and approval procedures.

• Proficient in design software tools including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.

• Must be available for immediate visa transfer.
