Job Description:
Akaya is seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsman to prepare accurate architectural drawings and support project teams in design and site-related requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical drafting skills, attention to detail, and proven experience in coordinating with contractors and consultants on large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and shop drawings.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal project teams.

• Support design modifications and ensure accuracy of updates.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.

• Assist with site-related drafting requirements as needed.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture or a related field.

• 4–5 years of experience in architectural drafting.

• Strong background working with contractors and high-rise/tower projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an added advantage).

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
