Guardian Industries, a Koch company, is a global leader in glass manufacturing for architectural, residential, and automotive applications. We are seeking an Architectural Design Manager to support and expand our Middle East operations. This hybrid technical sales role requires engaging with architects, façade consultants, developers, and contractors to drive specifications and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key players in the regional architecture and construction industry.

• Identify new construction projects and assess project scope, including product type, volume, and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with architects and façade consultants to provide glass specifications and technical support.

• Deliver technical presentations and training sessions on glass technologies.

• Oversee the specifications and design process to ensure successful project execution.

• Track market trends and analyze lead conversion rates for sales growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, architecture, or related field.

• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within the glass, façade, or building materials industry.

• Strong technical knowledge of glass products, aluminum systems, and architectural specifications.

• Ability to review architectural plans and technical drawings.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Fluent in English; experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in coated glass products and aluminum construction systems.

• Hands-on experience in the architectural specifying process.

• Ability to analyze and optimize multi-step sales models.
