An Architect – Quantity Surveyor & Estimation Executive is required to oversee project cost estimation, procurement processes, and quantity surveying activities to ensure cost-effective project execution while maintaining high-quality standards. This role is ideal for professionals with 5–7 years of experience in procurement, quantity surveying, and cost estimation for high-rise or villa construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Cost Estimation & Analysis: Prepare detailed cost estimates, develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and conduct market analysis for competitive pricing.
🔹 Procurement & Contract Administration: Assist in material procurement, vendor agreements, contract administration, and payment processing.
🔹 Quantity Take-off & Valuation: Conduct detailed quantity take-offs, prepare progress valuations, and ensure accurate cost tracking.
🔹 Coordination & Reporting: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to ensure cost-effective solutions and provide regular progress reports.

Job Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
✅ 5–7 years of experience in procurement & quantity surveying for construction projects.
✅ Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost analysis, and contract administration.
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, CostX, Primavera, and MS Excel.
✅ Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
