Job Title: Architect And Interior Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality design, bringing innovative concepts to life while ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Collaboration – Understand client requirements, preferences, and vision for interior spaces.
• Concept Development – Create mood boards, layouts, and design concepts for projects.
• 3D & 2D Visualization – Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software to develop detailed plans and visual representations.
• Material & Furniture Selection – Choose furniture, color schemes, lighting, and accessories that align with the design concept.
• Project Management – Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth execution.
• Vendor & Supplier Coordination – Work with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to procure materials and furniture.
• Installation Supervision – Ensure quality standards are met during the installation phase.
• Industry Trends & Compliance – Stay updated with interior design trends, materials, and technologies, while ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Client Support – Guide clients throughout the design process, addressing concerns and modifications.
• Proposal & Cost Estimation – Prepare project proposals, presentations, and cost estimates for clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, spatial planning, and color theory.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and teams.
  • Strong project management abilities to handle multiple projects efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
• Certification: Interior Design certification (e.g., NCIDQ or equivalent) is a plus.
