Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join Urban Vision Civil & Architectural Engineering Consultancies LLC, a sister concern of the North Ocean Group. The ideal candidate will bring strong design creativity, technical expertise, and project management skills to deliver innovative, sustainable, and compliant architectural solutions. You will manage projects from concept design through construction, ensuring functional, aesthetic, and regulatory standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed working drawings.

• Prepare presentations, 3D models, and documentation for project approvals.

• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to achieve integrated design solutions.

• Attend client meetings, understand requirements, and translate them into practical design concepts.

• Submit authority approval drawings (DDA, DM, Trakhees, etc.) and follow up on approvals.

• Review shop drawings, materials, and provide technical input during construction.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is implemented.

• Stay updated with design innovations, materials, and sustainable practices.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of professional architectural experience (consultancy experience preferred).

• Experience with Dubai authority submissions (DDA, DM, Trakhees, etc.) advantageous.

• Exposure to mid- to high-rise buildings (G+12 and above) preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.

Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools.

• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, authority regulations, and approval processes.

• Ability to produce concept designs, working drawings, and construction documents.

• Strong coordination skills with consultants and contractors.

• Knowledge of sustainable design and modern building materials.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
