Fortes Education, a leading education group in the UAE, is hiring an Arabic Teacher (UAE National) for Regent International School in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with students to promote independence and positive self-esteem

• Deliver engaging, differentiated Arabic lessons tailored to individual student needs

• Plan and deliver learning activities aligned with curriculum standards

• Support students’ social, emotional, and mental health needs and report concerns where appropriate

• Maintain high behavior standards, ensuring a safe and disciplined learning environment

• Support the creation and execution of individual education plans and student passports

• Facilitate student transitions between activities and ensure their safety across the school

• Monitor, assess, and report on student progress and attainment

• Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and educational professionals for student support and progress

• Contribute to school meetings, events, and the wider ethos of the school

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be a UAE National holding a valid family book

• Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language & Studies

• Minimum 2–4 years of teaching experience in an international school

• Strong English communication skills and the ability to work in a team-focused environment

• Demonstrated ability to support student development in both academic and personal growth
