Elite School Sharjah is hiring a passionate and experienced Arabic Language Teacher to join their academic team for Grades 1–9 (Cycle 1 & 2). The role includes curriculum development, student progress monitoring, and fostering a culturally rich and inclusive classroom environment. The candidate may also take on Head of Department (HOD) responsibilities based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging Arabic language lessons aligned with curriculum standards

• Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment

• Evaluate and track student progress, providing individual support and feedback

• Collaborate with fellow educators to enrich the academic program

• Participate in school events and ongoing professional development initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language or a related discipline

• Fluency in Arabic language

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills

• Prior teaching experience preferred, especially across multiple age groups

• A genuine passion for Arabic language and cultural education
