Job Title: Arabic-Speaking ServiceNow Process Architect 

Job Description:

We are seeking a fluent Arabic-speaking ServiceNow Process Architect to design, optimize, and transform enterprise-level business processes, enabling organizations to achieve higher efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep expertise in ITSM frameworks, ServiceNow solutions, and enterprise transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert across ITSM and related ServiceNow modules (GRC, FSM, CSM, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, etc.) while guiding clients toward ITIL 4 best practices.

• Champion a services-based Service Management approach, moving beyond traditional process models.

• Gather and document business and functional requirements, including Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM).

• Design, document, and present tailored Service Management process architectures.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution builds align with process designs.

• Validate builds, develop test scripts, and oversee all testing phases (including Automated Test Framework – ATF).

• Deliver process and tool training to stakeholders and support change management initiatives.

• Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

• Promote continuous process improvement and contribute to large-scale transformation programs.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• ITIL 4 Foundation certified.

• ServiceNow CSA certification.

• Minimum 3 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications (GRC, FSM, CSM, ITSM, ITAM, ITBM, HRSD, etc.).

• Proven experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HP Service Manager.

• Strong background in ITSM frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, ISO 20000).

• Demonstrated success in business process consulting with measurable outcomes.
