Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychotherapy and psychological services to individuals, couples, and groups in a safe, supportive, and culturally sensitive environment.

• Conduct in-depth psychological assessments and clinical interviews to accurately diagnose and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Stay current with advancements in clinical psychology and integrate evidence-based practices into client care.

• Offer therapy for a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders.

• Maintain accurate, confidential case notes and reports in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and holistic client care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities including workshops, conferences, and training programs.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree (or higher) in Clinical Psychology.

• Valid license/registration to practice clinical psychology.

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in clinical settings.

• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and crisis management skills.

• Empathetic, professional, and culturally competent.

• Location: Dubai.

• Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Contractual.

• Start Date: Immediate.

• 6–15 years of professional experience.
