Solventum, formerly 3M Healthcare, is hiring a Level 1 Helpdesk Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to its Health Information Systems clients in the UAE. The role requires Arabic fluency, IT troubleshooting skills, and up to 40% travel within the country. This is a hybrid position, requiring at least two days on-site at the Dubai office.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide L1 IT support to healthcare clients, resolving technical issues or escalating to L2 support when necessary.

Troubleshoot workstation applications (memory, audio, Microsoft Office, etc.).

Assist customers via phone, email, and remote tools to diagnose and resolve IT concerns.

Monitor ticketing systems, prioritize service requests, and ensure adherence to SLA commitments.

Deploy software updates and maintain IT system efficiency.

Document resolutions and contribute to process improvements.

Ensure compliance with healthcare IT regulations and data security standards.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Fluency in Arabic and strong English communication skills.

2+ years of experience in hospitals or healthcare IT support.

UAE Driver’s License and ability to travel within the UAE (up to 40%).

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT tools (ITIL certification is a plus).

Ability to work independently or within a team in a fast-paced environment.
