Oriana Hospitals and Clinics is seeking a highly qualified Arabic-speaking Clinical Specialist/Consultant Dermatologist to join their team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions, performing dermatologic procedures, and delivering exceptional patient care. This role is suited for professionals with strong clinical acumen, a compassionate approach, and a proven track record in dermatology, preferably within the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage both common and complex dermatologic conditions

• Conduct full-body skin examinations and monitor high-risk patients

• Perform skin biopsies, excisions, and minor surgical procedures

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations

• Educate patients on skin care routines and preventive practices

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate medical records

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals

• Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory authority standards

• Stay current with the latest advancements and techniques in dermatology

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with specialization in Dermatology

• Board Certification or Eligibility in Dermatology

• Valid UAE MOH evaluation or DHA/HAAD/DOH eligibility as a Specialist/Consultant

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in dermatology, preferably in the UAE

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong diagnostic and procedural dermatology skills

• Deep knowledge of skin disorders and relevant treatments

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficiency in Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus)

• Competence in using electronic medical record systems

• Patient-focused and ethical in all aspects of care delivery
