With its expansion into the Middle East and Africa in December 2024, Hyundai AutoEver MEA is seeking a skilled Mobile Application Operations & Quality Specialist to join its Dubai office.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Mobile Application Operations & Quality Specialist to support the seamless performance of connected car applications such as Bluelink, UVO, and GCS. This role involves hands-on quality control, customer issue management, and close coordination with our Korean headquarters and technology partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Mobile App Quality Assurance:
  Conduct in-lab and on-road tests to validate mobile app performance; ensure software updates and test drives meet high-quality standards.

• Specification & Feature Management:
  Propose, track, and implement feature enhancements and app specification changes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

• Customer Support & VOC Management:
  Act as the central point of contact for user issues; manage customer feedback (VOC) and deliver prompt resolutions.

• Cross-Team Coordination:
  Collaborate effectively with content providers, technical teams, and HQ to align operational strategies.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing mobile app quality and performance.

• Solid understanding of app testing methodologies, project planning, DevOps, and mobile CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with vehicle and smartphone integration.

• Strong technical background in IT, electronics, or related domains.

• Experience using Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in automotive systems, infotainment, or IoT environments.

• Experience in Agile software development and testing frameworks.

• Ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicting requirements.

Employment Package

• Contract Type: Permanent (6-month probation)

• Working Hours: 40+ hours per week

• Annual Leave: 22 working days
