EthosEnergy is hiring an Application Engineer – Rotating Equipment in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role involves technical product support, sales enablement, proposal development, and product management for EthosEnergy’s product portfolio. The ideal candidate should have engineering expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and experience in rotating equipment or technical sales.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Sales Enablement & Customer Engagement:

• Lead technical discussions with customers to develop the right solutions.
• Conduct site surveys to understand customer requirements.
• Assist in developing a sales strategy aligned with company capabilities.

📑 Proposal & Commercial Support:

• Provide technical input for bid strategies and ensure risk assessment.
• Develop and document technical solutions based on customer needs.
• Review and validate purchase orders and contracts for technical feasibility.

📊 Product Management & Marketing:

• Own the product portfolio strategy and provide technical guidance.
• Identify product shortcomings and recommend improvements.
• Support marketing initiatives, including case studies, presentations, and industry events.

🔧 Operations & Technical Support:

• Assist in manufacturing, sourcing, and procurement strategies.
• Provide technical mentorship to sales and commercial teams.
• Support customer issue resolution and RCA (Root Cause Analysis).

Job Requirements:

🎓 Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
• Experience in technical sales, design, or application engineering in the rotating equipment industry.

💡 Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, MS Office, and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

🌍 Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel across the Middle East & GCC.
• Valid passport and driver’s license.
