🎯 Role Overview:

We are looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented Application Engineer to support the sales and operations teams in delivering precise, high-quality pump and valve solutions. If you have a solid background in mechanical systems and enjoy a mix of engineering, coordination, and client interaction, this is your ideal role.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quotations based on project specifications from sales engineers

• Create analytical reports on quotations for internal performance review

• Maintain an organized filing system and update the quotation database regularly

• Assist sales engineers by providing item specs, pricing support, and technical guidance

• Act as the point of contact for clients in the absence of sales engineers

• Develop technical submittals, including data sheets, schedules, and compliance docs

• Select pumps, valves, and control valves based on flow rates and system requirements

• Prepare sample boards in line with submittal requirements

• Collaborate with management to address consultant feedback and ensure compliance

• Track the status of technical submittals and maintain an updated log

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar

• Previous experience in application engineering or sales coordination, ideally with mechanical products

• Strong technical knowledge of valves, pumps, and related systems

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Proficient in managing technical documents and engineering databases

• Able to prioritize tasks and multitask in a dynamic work environment
