The Application Engineer at Inovance Emerging Markets will handle End-to-End technical aspects of drives, HMI, PLC, servo, and servo motors. The role involves hands-on experience with products, technical applications, and project management. The ideal candidate should possess high-level knowledge in the automation industry, control systems, and electrical products, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise: Manage applications and products related to drives, HMI, PLC, servo, and servo motors.

• Industry Knowledge: Apply knowledge of automation industries and electrical products to offer optimal solutions.

• Project Management: Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth coordination with clients, teams, and stakeholders.

• Customer Support: Build rapport with customers, provide post-sales support, and conduct training and documentation.

• Team Coordination: Work closely with multiple sales teams to enhance product application and customer satisfaction.

• Problem Solving & Analytics: Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to address customer challenges and improve product offerings.

• CRM & Documentation: Maintain accurate customer records and project documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.

• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industrial automation, VFD (Inverter), PLC, and related solution applications.

• Experience: Prior experience in industrial automation is preferred, particularly with a reputable company.

• Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.

• Independence & Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Language Proficiency: Proficient in English.
