Bond Interiors, established in 1986, is one of the largest fit-out companies in the UAE with over 2,000 employees and operations across 7 countries. While known for interior contracting, furniture manufacturing, and joinery, the company also manages animal care operations within its facilities. They are now hiring an Animal Caretaker to ensure the daily well-being, safety, and health of animals in their care.

This role is ideal for someone compassionate, responsible, and passionate about animal welfare. The caretaker will handle feeding, cleaning, monitoring animal health, and supporting veterinarians or supervisors with preventive care measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide animals with proper feed and water according to schedules.

• Clean feeding bowls, water troughs, cages, and pens to maintain hygiene.

• Replace bedding and ensure optimal air circulation, temperature, and humidity.

• Observe animals’ behavior, appetite, and health daily; report abnormalities to veterinarians or supervisors.

• Assist with vaccinations, deworming, and other preventative healthcare measures.

• Follow animal safety protocols to prevent escapes or injuries.

• Provide enrichment activities and toys to support animals’ physical and mental well-being.

• Assist with animal transfers, transport, and care.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Junior high school or higher (no formal degree required).

• Experience in animal husbandry, pet care, or zoo environments preferred.

• Basic knowledge of animal behavior and health management.

• Physically fit and able to handle moderate physical labor.

• Strong sense of responsibility, patience, and love for animals.

• Team player with attention to detail.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time, On-site (Dubai)

• Work Hours: Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Work Environment: Exposure to animal enclosures, odors, noise, and outdoor tasks.

• Risks: Possibility of animal bites and exposure to zoonotic diseases.
