Job Title: Anesthesiologist

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Anesthesiologist to ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgical and medical procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering anesthesia, monitoring vital signs, and adjusting medication as needed. This role requires precision, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to perform under pressure in critical situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ medical history and assess their condition before procedures.
• Explain surgical processes and anesthesia plans to patients.
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patient responses during procedures.
• Adjust anesthesia levels to ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Oversee patient recovery and pain management post-procedure.
• Maintain accurate medical records of procedures and medications administered.

Requirements:

• Medical degree with a 4-year residency in Anesthesiology.
• Valid state license and malpractice insurance.
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and medical best practices.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
• Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.

Salary: AED 75,000 – 95,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
