KPMG Lower Gulf is seeking a Part-Time Analyst (UAE National) to join its People & Change practice. This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact organizational transformation and change management projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support behavioral change management initiatives through readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, and change impact evaluations.

• Assist in crafting and deploying change management strategies for new systems and organizational initiatives.

• Help develop communication materials and training tools to enhance employee engagement.

• Monitor the progress of change programs and contribute to performance evaluations and improvement plans.

• Participate in managing workstreams and delivering client projects to standard and deadline.

• Conduct research and data analysis to support change initiatives and client engagement.

• Support client relationships by addressing queries and assisting with problem resolution.

• Provide project management support including progress tracking, risk analysis, and solution recommendations.

• Collaborate with and learn from senior team members, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or related field.

• Strong interest in change management with a growth mindset.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.

• Collaborative mindset with adaptability in team roles and responsibilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational skills.

• Self-motivated and eager to learn change methodologies.

Additional Requirements:

• UAE National

• Willingness to travel across the UAE as needed

• Immediate availability preferred

• Arabic fluency is a plus
