GAL is hiring an Analyst – Strategy & Partnerships to play a key role in supporting the sales team by delivering strategic insights, financial analysis, and operational support. The role is pivotal for driving revenue growth, optimizing commercial performance, and aligning sales strategies with broader business objectives. Ideal candidates should have a strong analytical mindset, familiarity with proposal writing, and experience within the aviation sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities and risks influencing sales performance

• Provide accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, stakeholder input, and market intelligence

• Prepare detailed sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs for performance tracking and strategic decisions

• Collaborate with finance, operations, and marketing teams to align strategies across departments

• Support proposal and bid development, ensuring coordination with internal stakeholders

• Assist in reviewing project documents, including statements of work and RFPs

• Offer actionable insights and sales tools to enhance sales team effectiveness

• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, recommending strategy adjustments accordingly

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in proposal writing, technical writing, or similar functions

• Preferred experience in the aviation industry, project management, and stakeholder negotiations

• Strong data analysis and forecasting skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Proficiency in tracking KPIs and generating actionable insights
