Ateca Consulting is seeking an experienced and skilled AMADA Turret Punch Press Operator to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This is an excellent full-time opportunity for professionals who are proficient with AMADA AE2510NT and related models such as AE255NT, 2610NT, and AMNC3i FS31i-PB.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of turret punch press machinery. We are looking for someone who can work with precision, maintain high-quality production standards, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation:

• Set up and operate AMADA turret punch press machines to manufacture precise metal parts.

• Select and install the appropriate tooling and materials.

• Program and optimize machine settings for efficient performance.

Quality Assurance:

• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and surface quality.

• Adjust machine operations as needed to meet quality standards.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs.

• Quickly identify and troubleshoot machine malfunctions.

Safety & Compliance:

• Follow established safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of production runs, maintenance, and material usage.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proven experience operating AMADA turret punch press machines.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and use precision measuring tools.

• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in English (both spoken and written).

• Physically fit to handle material handling duties.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical training or certifications in CNC or metal fabrication.

• Knowledge of different metal types and their machining characteristics.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED 4,000 – 9,000 (commensurate with experience)
