We are seeking a skilled Aluminium & Glass Specialist to join our team on-site in Sharjah. The successful candidate will oversee daily aluminium and glass production, installation, and ensure all projects meet the highest quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage aluminium and glass production processes efficiently

• Supervise installation activities ensuring precision and client satisfaction

• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines

• Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and gather feedback

• Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain equipment in good working condition

• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and industry standards

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in aluminium and glass production and installation

• Strong knowledge of industry quality and safety standards

• Skilled in troubleshooting and equipment maintenance

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines effectively

• Willingness to work on-site in Sharjah Emirate, UAE

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage

• Bachelor’s degree or vocational training in a related field is preferred
