AbbVie is seeking a Practice Development Specialist for Allergan Aesthetics, exclusively for Emirati nationals. The role focuses on healthcare provider (HCP) relationship management, training simulations, and territory development to enhance market presence and business growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs) to promote Allergan Aesthetics’ portfolio.
✅ Conduct realistic practice simulations to train HCPs and improve clinical and business processes.
✅ Analyze training data to evaluate effectiveness and suggest improvements.
✅ Provide evidence-based medical education to HCPs on facial injectables, body contouring, plastics, and skin care.
✅ Implement territory engagement plans focused on key HCPs to exceed business goals.
✅ Ensure compliance with industry regulations and AbbVie policies while managing the territory.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with training outcomes.
✅ Maintain accurate sales and training reports to track performance and market trends.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔️ Nationality: Emirati Nationals only (as per UAE employment regulations).
✔️ Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Science, Pharmacy, Education, Business, or Healthcare). Additional training certifications are a plus.
✔️ Experience: Prior sales experience in pharmaceuticals, aesthetics, or medical devices is an advantage.
✔️ Market Knowledge: Good understanding of aesthetics, healthcare market dynamics, and regulatory compliance.
✔️ Skills: Strong analytical, networking, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
