Qatar Airways is seeking an Airport Services Agent to join their team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is part of the Cargo & Airport Operations family and focuses on delivering exceptional service to passengers while ensuring smooth airport operations in line with safety and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide the highest level of customer service at all airport touch points.

• Coordinate with check-in, boarding gate, ramp, cargo, and lounge teams for seamless operations.

• Supervise service partners to ensure efficient passenger acceptance and processing.

• Assist passengers with arrivals, transfers, departures, and lounge access.

• Verify travel documents including visas and residence permits.

• Liaise with cargo, fueling, baggage handling, catering, and aircraft loading teams for smooth turnarounds.

• Manage baggage claims and company mail handling.

• Perform pre-flight and post-flight administrative duties.

• Ensure compliance with Qatar Airways safety and security regulations.

• Contribute to On Time Performance targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with prior experience in customer-facing airport operations roles.

• Strong knowledge of airport functions, including passenger and baggage handling, Weight & Balance, and Dangerous Goods Regulations.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
