We are currently seeking a visionary AI Project Manager to lead groundbreaking AI-driven projects and play a critical role in shaping the future of intelligent systems.

Position Summary:
As an AI Project Manager, you will oversee complex AI projects from concept to deployment. This role requires a highly organized and experienced project leader with expertise in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, crafting detailed technical documentation, and aligning project design and functionality to organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for AI-driven initiatives, from design to execution.

• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend/frontend developers, blockchain engineers, UI/UX designers, Unity 3D developers, DevOps engineers, and 3D artists.

• Create comprehensive project documentation covering technical requirements, scope, timelines, workflows, risks, and milestones.

• Employ industry-recognized methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid frameworks.

• Work closely with UI/UX teams to align project outputs with functional user experiences.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and ensure timely resolution.

• Present regular updates to stakeholders and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

• Promote innovation, accountability, and excellence within project teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 5+ years of experience managing AI/ML or advanced tech projects.

• Demonstrated ability to create and manage detailed documentation and functional process flows.

• Strong collaborative skills with design and UX teams for seamless workflow integration.

• Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, Lucidchart, Visio, and others.

• Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid methodologies.

• Experience in Blockchain, Metaverse, and Web3 environments is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

• Project Management certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum preferred.
