IgniteTech, through Trilogy, is hiring a Remote AI Content Reviewer to support platform integrity by combining human judgment with generative AI. This full-time role is ideal for professionals with hands-on GenAI experience, strong English writing skills, and a keen eye for digital content quality. You’ll work directly with AI tools to moderate, annotate, and improve online content at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate both user-generated and AI-generated content using GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).

• Enforce platform content policies while maintaining a high-quality digital environment.

• Coordinate workflows, track progress, and manage handoffs across moderation systems.

• Annotate training data and flag edge cases to continuously refine AI moderation accuracy.

• Deliver structured feedback that improves GenAI performance and minimizes false positives.

What This Role Is Not:

• Manual, repetitive moderation of endless blog posts.

• A low-impact entry-level admin role with no decision-making.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of professional work experience.

• Demonstrated use of generative AI tools in a real-world (work, academic, or serious personal) setting.

• Excellent written English communication skills.

• Comfortable working independently and handling large-scale content operations remotely.

Compensation & Work Setup:

• $15/hour (equivalent to $30,000/year based on 40 hours/week, 50 weeks/year).

• Fully remote, independent contractor agreement through Crossover.

• Weekly payment cycles.
