We are looking for a highly motivated Agile Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of product projects, managing third-party relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams in an agile framework-agnostic environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the delivery of product projects, from initiation to completion

• Monitor progress, identify delivery bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions

• Align delivery goals with the company’s strategic objectives

• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and problem-solving

• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews

• Act as a mentor to team members in applying agile principles

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and facilitate communication

• Identify and manage project risks, and proactively implement mitigation plans

• Prepare and deliver reports to executive committees, providing insights on project performance

• Promote continuous improvement by reviewing processes, implementing lessons learned, and fostering innovation

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field

• Strong technical understanding of Jira and Confluence

• Proficiency in agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to facilitate collaboration, resolve conflicts, and maintain team morale

• Experience in building information-radiating dashboards

• Strong interpersonal skills to navigate team dynamics and foster trust

• PRINCE 2

• PMP

• PMI-ACP

• SAFe Agilist

• CSM/PSM
