Emirates is seeking an Agile Delivery Manager (RTL) to join the Emirates Group (dnata Portfolio) in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading and managing agile teams, utilizing agile methodologies to deliver innovative and secure technology solutions. The Agile Delivery Manager will be responsible for multiple high-visibility initiatives, ensuring optimal performance, quality delivery, and a smooth collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agile Leadership: Facilitate agile ceremonies, including PI planning, and provide coaching to the team to optimize efficiency.

• Blend of Project Management and Agile: Apply both traditional project management practices and agile methodologies based on PMI-ACP principles.

• Team Support: Create a trusting and safe work environment, promoting servant leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.

• Program Management: Lead Integrated Programme Planning and decompose epic roadmaps into actionable program backlogs.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to the Definition of Done (DOD) and quality management plans, while maintaining agile tools like JIRA.

• Team Development: Hold teams accountable, remove roadblocks, and foster team growth through mentoring.

• Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure proper governance, ceremonies, and transparency for business stakeholders.

• Cost Estimation: Assist in cost estimation and forecasting for initiatives, and support the procurement process during RFx phases.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: Degree or Honours in Computer Science or similar field.

• Certifications: Certified SAFe and PMI-ACP (additional certifications such as PMI, Prince 2, CSM are desirable).

• Experience: 8+ years in IT, including leadership and project delivery in a global, matrix organization.

• Agile Experience: Proven experience in agile delivery within large technology change programs.

• Software Tools: Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow ITBM, and MS Office suite.

• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership with hands-on experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
